The Inquiry & Consultation
The customer reaches out via phone,whatsapp, email, or in-store visit to express interest and describe their basic needs (e.g., room size, usage, style preference).
Design Customization
Based on your project vision and functional needs, our in-house design team will propose tailored patterns, colors, and layouts. You may provide inspiration references, logos, or floor plans—we translate them into high-resolution printable designs suitable for manufacturing. Whether you require a one-of-a-kind art carpet or a standardized hospitality layout, we ensure each design reflects your identity. CAD renderings and mock-ups are provided for review and refinement.
Sample Production
Once the design is confirmed, we produce a physical sample that replicates the actual carpet specifications, including pile height, density, color accuracy, and backing type. This allows you to touch and see the real product quality before confirming mass production.The customer reviews physical samples (swatches) in the intended space to see how the lighting affects color and texture. The final product is chosen. We can ship samples worldwide within 5–7 working days depending on complexity.
Sample Review & Final Selection
After receiving the sample, you can review it on-site and share feedback with our team. Adjustments to color, material, or design details are welcome. Only when you’re fully satisfied will we proceed to bulk production. For large-scale projects, digital sample photos or physical approvals can be archived for future re-orders or consistency checks. Your satisfaction is our precondition for moving forward.
Order & Payment
The customer accepts the quote and pays a deposit (often 50% or the cost of materials) to initiate the order. The contract is signed.
Production & Scheduling
If the carpet is standard, it is ordered from the warehouse/manufacturer. If it is custom, the production process begins (which can take several weeks).
Quality Inspection
Before shipment, all carpets undergo multi-step quality inspections, including dimensional accuracy, pile consistency, color matching, and adhesion of the backing. Our quality control team ensures every square meter meets the required specifications. Defect-free standards are applied, especially for hospitality and aviation projects. Certificates or inspection reports can be provided if required. We’re proud to uphold high standards that exceed international norms.
Delivery & Logistics
Once quality checks are passed and the balance payment is received, we arrange delivery using your preferred shipping method—by sea, air, or courier. Carpets are packed in rolls, cartons, or on pallets depending on the material and destination. We assist with shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any project-specific forms. Real-time tracking and delivery confirmation ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.
