The Design Philosophy: “Water Rhythm & Abstract Elegance”
The inspiration for this hotel flooring project stems from Hyatt Macau’s inherent DNA as a premier resort destination. Our goal was not to create a literal representation of the sea, but to capture its essence.
Abstracted Elements: We distilled waves, ripples, and clouds into fluid, rhythmic patterns.
Artistic Execution: Much like the Feibai (flying white) stroke in Chinese calligraphy or the subtle gradients of ink wash paintings, the designs flow across the floor with a sophisticated, understated energy.
Atmospheric Narrative: The resulting aesthetic provides a “submerged” sense of calm, perfectly balancing the professional demands of a meeting space with the relaxed luxury of a resort.
